Hue-man'uh-too is more than a relaxation form preformed by two trained guides.
It is experiential. Throughout the entire form, the body's energy centers are being spun,
sped up, slowed down, bubbled, tweaked, and toned.  The nurturing that the recipient receives
will facilitate precisely that for which they have come. Simply put, they will receive the
experience their body requires.

Not only does the class provide a new modality, a new tool, a renewed dance, throughout the week,
participants will experience training on Goodlife Modalities' Art of the Healer.

Here is a short excerpt from the book and class relative to Earth's Guide.

EARTH'S GUIDE Continued: The following procedure is begun at the same time as Heaven's opening move.

Hold both of the client's feet, one in each hand, by the heel. Allow the full weight of the heel rest in the palms
of your hands.

Take a moment to balance yourself in the horse stance while holding the recipient's heels.

While you are holding the feet, nurture the area behind the Achilles tendon to the bottom/posterior side of the ankle by palpating or gently squeezing the area. Continue palpating while I explain:  Let's be really clear about the area
you are palpating. While both heals are still in your hand, reach around to find a small triangular dent made up of where the ends of the malleus, the fibula, the calcaneus, and the insertion point of the soleus - at the midpoint of
the calcaneus. The tendon of the soleus combined with the gastrocnemius, is best known as the Achilles tendon.

Palpating this entire area will help balance the receptive side of the client. Thus, it is conducive to regulate drowsiness or the recipient's need for extended hours of sleep. The Orientals call a point in this area "Joyful Sleep."  Energetic points in this area also influence kidneys and in women, the female sexual organs, and in the male - the prostate.

Move your finger and find the area, just below the outer side of the right ankle. This stimulates the power side of the recipient's foot. This area creates what the orientals refer to as Calm Sleep. I believe that definition speaks for itself. So when you soothe this area you are affecting things like hypertension, head aches, major areas where people hold stress.
