Greetings. I was born and raised on the Prairies of Canada and love my home and family.
I am a wife, mother and grandmother. Some of my interests are yoga, reading and "hanging"
with friends and family.
I spend a great amount of time every week reading and researching essential oils and general health concerns and how the two work together. I have collected hundreds of recipes for almost every malady that exists.
I do Aroma Massage because I love doing it. As a career I cannot think of anything else
I would want
to do more than bodywork. When my clients leave after
a massage, I can see what this does to them and how much they enjoy it. To me, that is very fulfilling. Seeing people heal...it’s great.
My husband (Steven) suffered from numerous back problems years ago and even then,
I seemed
to have a natural feel for bodywork and that is why I pursued this field of study.
I have been an Aromatherpist for about 10 years through which I learned basic physiology and
a Lymphatic Massage. During these 10 years I have picked up other modalities such as:
Sensitive Touch (working with sexual and ritual abuse victims), Myofacial Energy Release
and continued in the study of Essential Oil Therapy. I am also trained in Reflexology,
Desktop Massage and Hot Stone Therapy.
I am recognized as Certified Aromatherapy Health Professional (C.A.H.P.) and Aroma-Massage Therapist. I have been the Aromatherapy consultant at a young offender facility
for over four years.
I have had success as an Aromatherapy Consultant on the Internet
for almost four years. I do volunteer work as an Aromatherapist in my community with numerous social and health organization.
My practice is my life style and is part of my home family and friends. Have an aromatic day!
In Love ‘n’ Light,
Lisa Cormons
